California Appeals Court Upholds $86 Million Verdict
In February of 2020, Bayer filed an appeal that only recently made it to a California appeals court. Recently, a federal appeals court upheld a $25 million court verdict ruling that the product caused a California resident’s non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
